Any arm works.
The heart comes from where your hand goes, not from how big the muscle is. Four uploads, four renders, zero gym.

How the heart is made
No muscle required. Your hand finishes the shape — that is the whole trick.
Works on any arm size. Long sleeves make the shape harder to read; a tank or a tee is enough.

- 02

Reach
Bring the other hand across your chest.
- 03

Thumb down, fingers curled over the top. Turn until it reads.
One photo. One heart.
Same person, same clothes, same room. The only thing added is the reach and the shape.

What is a bicep heart?
A bicep heart is a pose, not a muscle. You flex one arm with the fist up by your head, then press your other hand against the inside of the bicep — thumb down, fingers curled over the top — until the curve of the arm and the shape of the hand read as a heart.
The format took off in late October 2026 on TikTok and X, usually opening with the line "have you ever heard of a bicep heart...". The joke is the flip: a gym flex that turns into a Valentine, in seven seconds, with no gym required.
Bicep Heart AI stages that same seven seconds from one photo. Your face, hair and outfit come from the upload; the reach and the heart are generated. You get an MP4 in 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 or 16:9, no watermark, ready for the sound to be added in the app.

What Is a Bicep Heart? The Pose, the Sound and the Seven Seconds
A bicep heart is a seven-second pose video: one arm flexed, one hand closing the shape into a heart. Where the trend came from, why it works on any body, and how the videos are made.
